pictures compliments of something old, something new. but i am really liking this idea for a guestbook alternative and i wish i had came across it to share with alisha was combing through alternatives. while these are available from cut the cake designs on etsy [there are also some really cute invitation designs available, definitely check it out! i do spy an opportunity to have a cohesive look with the paper design throughout the wedding] these boxes can be replicated at home, for the diy-inclined.
plus, after the wedding, instead of having some book you might never look through again, you can just switch out the cards and use the box for recipes! or notes! or bills! or…let’s just say it’s easily reusable.
What a cute idea! We did something similar at one of my bridal shower – everyone wrote “recipes for a happy marriage” on the index cards. I’m definitely keeping both the cards and the box!
